| Voluntary
Cat Fosterers
Volunteer cat fosterers are urgently
required to care for the abandoned and unwanted cats that need to be
rescued, if you have space for a pen in your garden or have a spare room
in your house than you can help us. The branch will pay for
materials to set up the care facilities and also all food and veterinary
fees.
Some of the qualities you will need.

| Volunteer
Home -Visitors
The Cats Protection relies on Home-Visitors so that the cats in our foster homes are found new homes
as soon as possible. As a Home-Visitor you will visit prospective owners
in their own homes to 'match' them with the right cat, the Home-Visitors
are responsible to the Homing Officer.
Some of the qualities you will need:
 | Your own car (mileage is paid) |
 | Good people skills and a good judge
of character |
 | Some knowledge of cats (perhaps you
have had cats of your own for several years) and of course a love of
cats. |
 | Be able to work evenings and some
week-ends |
 | Be organised |
Training is given and expenses are
covered.

Some of the qualities you will need:
 | Over 18 years of age |
 | Able to work a minimum of 3 hours a
week |
 | Able to climb some stairs |
 | Have a friendly nature |
