 Standing Order Forms

We are happy to receive donations by standing order paid directly to our bank account. You may arrange this directly with your own bank online or by means of a pre-printed form. For your convenience we have prepared a form you may use - click on Standing Order Form. Our banking details can also be found on this form if you wish to arrange the standing order directly yourself.

Whichever method you choose please ensure that

 i)    You include a reference in your standing order consisting of your name and the purpose of the donation, e.g. John Smith - 100 club, or Fred Brown - Golden Oldies; and

ii)    You advise our Treasurer that you have completed a standing order by either

                sending a copy to 35 Rowlands Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 3JJ; or

                e-mailing the details to guychadwick@btinternet.com.

                             

Instructions for Completion

The spaces that you need to fill in are numbered 1 to 9, please fill them in as follows:

1)    The name of your bank

2)    The address of your bank.

3)    Your name as it is printed in your cheque book.

4)    Your bank account number.

5)    The amount in words that you wish to pay us every month.

6)    The amount in numbers that you wish to pay us every month.

7)    The date that you wish the Standing Order to be paid e.g. the first of every month.

8)    The date that wish the first payment to be made to us, e.g. 01/05/2009

9)    A reference consisting of your name and the purpose of your payment, e.g. John Smith - 100 Club.

10)    Sign and date the form here.

 

When you have completed the form, please send it directly to your bank, remembering either to send a copy to our Treasurer by post at 35 Rowlands Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 3JJ or notifying him of the details by e-mail at guychadwick@btinternet.com.

 

If you ever wish to cancel the Standing Order, simply write directly to your bank. It would assist if you could notify our Treasurer also at the same time.
